2. Cancel Order

Orders can be cancelled only before meal preparation begins, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders After Preparation

Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after preparation has started due to the nature of the food.

4. Unsatisfactory Orders

If there is an issue with the quality or the order, contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. The case will be evaluated and the customer will be compensated or the order replaced as deemed appropriate by management.
